Na'au Pop-Up Tasting Menu at Number 3 Restaurant

About Chef Brian Hirata

Na`au’s tasting menu, subject to foraging success, may include items such as wild venison heart pastrami, local beef tartare, local tako (octopus), musubi, Kohala lamb and ‘ōhelo cheesecake and more.
